Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at MasterBUILT Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces and fixtures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping team members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
  • Supply Management: Restock guest supplies and amenities, and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Lost and Found: Report and log any lost and found items, and ensure their safe return to guests.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Report any defective equipment and ensure its proper use and cleaning.
  • Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning duties, including cleaning of furniture, lamps, and other fixtures.
  • Security: Ensure the security of guest rooms, keys, and company assets.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with previous hotel experience considered an asset.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a fun, positive attitude.
Working Conditions
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 lbs.
