We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Disclosure Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our ESG disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and publication of ESG reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data from internal departments and external sources.
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data ownership and availability, and develop a data collection process and roadmap.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of ESG policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sustainability leadership, including cross-functional collaborations and ESG reporting.
  • Excellent working knowledge of current sustainability reporting and disclosure requirements and trends.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple reporting cycles and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Bilingual, with fluency in English and French.
