Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team at River Stone Wellness Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary health care services to our clients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary health care services to clients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal client outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of primary care services
- Registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
- Nurse Practitioner certification - family/all ages
- Desire to provide collaborative care as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
