Front Store Cosmetics Clerk

As a Front Store Cosmetics Clerk, you will provide exceptional customer service by processing service requests, payments, and transactions with efficiency and accuracy. You will also contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service that meets customer needs and expectations
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and adhere to company policies
  • Manage lotto services and process utility payments, rentals, and transactions
  • Perform negative transactions, such as refunds and returns
  • Assist in Front End Department functions and maintain the customer service desk area
  • Support other departments and functions as required
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
  • Perform administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For:

Requirements:

  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Partial high school education and no prior experience required

Retail Store Environment:

  • May be required to lift up to 50lbs
  • Two-person lift required for weights exceeding 50lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Physical work including bending, lifting, and reaching
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and sanitation and cleaning chemicals
  • Flexible hours and overtime

Availability:

  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • 32 hours per week
