The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Business Transformation team at Zurich Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic initiatives and process enhancements.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and implementing business transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges. Your expertise in business process improvement, change management, and project management will be essential in driving successful outcomes and delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement business transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges.

• Develop and implement business process improvements, leveraging expertise in change management and project management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and team members.

• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring successful project delivery and business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, business consulting, or change management.

• Proven track record of leading and implementing business transformation projects, with a focus on business process improvement and change management.

• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
