Premium Server is a key role in our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

About the Job:

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to established sanitation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
  • Address guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth service period.

About You:

  • Previous experience in the food services industry.
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to lift and transfer heavy items, and stand/walk for majority of shift.
