Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at ATS Life Sciences Systems. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport materials and equipment locally, adhering to schedules and safety protocols.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any concerns for repair or investigation.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with Ministry of Transportation regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete record keeping, including daily trip logs.
  • Adhere to all motor vehicle rules and regulations while driving.
  • Assist with warehouse material handling as needed.
Requirements
  • A grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience driving a D-class vehicle (26' straight truck or bigger).
  • Two years of experience and knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR).
  • A demonstrated aptitude in safely loading and securing freight for transport.
  • Any forklift experience is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • A valid G-class driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
