Resilience is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of projects, ensuring schedule, budget, scope, and quality adherence.

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and coordinating all aspects of projects to maintain schedule, budget, scope, and quality in accordance with project requirements
  • Ensuring the dissemination of approved work scope to team members, working with operations leads and capacity planning to assign and schedule tasks related to the introduction of new projects within the site(s)
  • Overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, setting deadlines, and assigning responsibilities
  • Managing the project budget, including planning and cost/resource implications of the approved work scope
  • Reviewing, approving, and tracking project expenditures through review of purchase requisitions and invoices
  • Assisting with development of project integrated master schedules
  • Providing project management leadership to a cross-functional Product Development Team (PDT) required to successfully execute the project scope of work
  • Managing client and other project stakeholder relationships, communications, requirements, and expectations
  • Anticipating and proactively managing changes in project scope
  • Creating and maintaining project records and historical files
  • Monitoring and managing project performance
  • Assisting with writing reports and drafting SOPs
  • Assisting with coordination and tracking of issue resolution
  • Ensuring excellent communications within the team, to site leadership, to any other relevant stakeholders, and to the client
  • Serving as primary point of contact with the client, including coverage of both technical and business-related discussions
  • Preparing and conducting program reviews and presentations of technical information
  • Coordinating the development of subcontractor Statements of Objectives and Statements of Work
  • Coordinating and managing activities being conducted by subcontractors
  • Working independently, preparing regular project updates for the site leadership team
  • Creating meeting materials, such as agendas, slides, and minutes
  • Maintaining information on project lessons learned and best practices
  • Assisting with new business proposal preparation
  • Interacting closely with Technical and Commercial Franchise Leads to support sales and business development
  • Assistance with identification of project risks and the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies/solutions
  • Mentoring the professional development and coordinating the work of subordinate PMs and Project Coordinators

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $110,000.00 to $162,500.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and knowledge.
