About the job

We are looking for a UX Designer. The mission of this team is to support the development of internal applications, improve the efficiency of employees and partners through an enriched and optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design digital experiences aimed at increasing the efficiency of users of the organization's internal applications.
  • Conduct various user research activities, such as usability tests and interviews.
  • Produce web development deliverables using our Design System.
  • Communicate design decisions persuasively to a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborate and co-create with the User Experience Analyst assigned to the project throughout product design, development, and implementation.
  • Keep abreast of best practices to incorporate them into our projects.

You are:

  • Creative, curious and a fast learner
  • Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty. Changes during a project are frequent in our field.
  • Autonomous, proactive, organized.
  • Motivated by problem-solving challenges
  • A team player who can share and receive constructive feedback.

What you'll put to good use:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a User Experience Designer
  • Excellent ability to understand business needs and translate them into design requirements.
  • Knowledge of best practices in mobile and adaptive web design, including user-centered design, systems, and accessibility methodologies
  • Mastery of design tools (Figma)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Bilingualism required (French / English) – For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
