We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and effective work environment for all customers, associates, visitors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily patrols of the facility to ensure store security and validate that doors and showcases are secure and functioning properly.
- Make external arrests when necessary and investigate instances of financial and physical shrink.
- Communicate findings to Store Leadership and in cases of internal matters, communicate with the Market Loss Prevention Manager first.
- Support store evacuation procedures in case of fire or other emergency.
- Participate in store task team responsibilities as required and conduct investigations as assigned.
- Required to communicate information from different sources and effectively clarify issues for others.
