Hotel Housekeeper needed at Fernie Alpine Resort to provide exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests' rooms are clean and comfortable. You'll work independently and as part of a team to maintain the highest level of service and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide room attendant duties for two resort hotels
  • Provide laundry service support as required
  • Provide janitorial duties for main lodge areas as required
  • Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including linen changes, interior windows, bathrooms, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Meet guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
  • Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
  • Know and adhere to the policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
  • Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program

Requirements:

  • Past experience is an asset, but not required; we will train
  • The ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • A reliable and responsible attitude
  • The ability to Bend, Lift, Push, and Pull up to 40 lbs
