**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Weyburn General Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

**Job Description:**

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans that integrate quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practices, and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and promote a positive patient experience.
• Contribute to the hospital's quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

**Education and Training:**

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) and Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) required.
• Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable.

**Knowledge and Abilities:**

• Proficient in using computers and software applications.

**Other Information:**

• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
