As an Investment Specialist, you will focus on building strong client relationships in the mass affluent market. Your main goal is to provide top-notch investment and financial advice to help clients achieve their goals. You have the flexibility to meet clients outside the office, at times that work best for them. Working within the Scotiabank framework, you will drive investment sales and acquire new clients while following Global Sales Principles and regulatory requirements.

Is this role for you? Here's what you'll do:

  • Business Development: Execute business plans for clients in the mass affluent market, identify new opportunities, and implement investment solutions.
  • Client-Centric: Provide client-focused investment solutions through financial planning, remain in contact with prospects, and conduct needs analysis.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in local events to expand your network, deliver financial seminars, and manage marketing activities.

Your qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in financial planning and investment sales.
  • Mutual funds certified with current accreditation for licensing requirements.
  • Working towards a Financial Planning designation.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of market trends and regulatory environment.
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Base plus variable pay compensation. Mobile role with frequent travel. Location: Saskatchewan, Canada.
