Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.

  • We're looking for a self-starter with retail experience, preferably in apparel, who can develop relationships with customers and understand retail operation concepts.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers
    • Resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
    • Performing POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment and replenishment
    • Keeping current on product and service updates
    • Ensuring store is visually appealing and adhering to all Loss Prevention policies
