Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder Journeyperson to join our team at NOV. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and Flux Arc welding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform welding tasks, including preparation, grinding, and cutting components.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and material handling equipment.
  • Conduct daily overhead crane usage and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Apprenticeship status or Journeyperson certification is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Overhead Crane Course is an asset, but training will be provided if necessary.

  • Knowledge of welding machines and associated equipment.

HSE Requirements
  • Shop environment orientation and yard environment training.
  • PPE training for noise exposure, mists/vapors, and other hazards.
