• Zone the department to ensure efficient operations
• Rotate stock and check for expired products to maintain quality and safety
• Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet customer needs
• Follow food safety and handling procedures, as well as sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Assist with ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and other tasks as needed
• Ensure the department is fully stocked and ready for business
