Job Title: Client-Focused Sales Ambassador

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and client-centric sales professional to join our team as a Client-Focused Sales Ambassador.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and natural problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth. As a Client-Focused Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engaging with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborating with RBC partners to identify sales and referral opportunities
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of financial products and services
  • Building strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed solutions to clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Sales and Referral Opportunities: Collaborate with RBC partners to identify sales and referral opportunities
  • Client Education: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of financial products and services
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and retention
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed solutions to clients
