Our client is recruiting for a Manager, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), People and Culture.

In this role you will be an advisor to the Vancouver and Calgary offices advancing EDI throughout the firm's processes, practices and policies.

Manager and main advisor to Firm's Action Committees and affinity groups, including overseeing annual planning and programming budget Partners with Communications and Recruitment in building EDI brand, outreach and visibility aligned to national EDI, People & Culture strategy including updating online and social media presence and completing external benchmarking surveys related to EDI Oversees general EDI and culture communications targeted to firm members, including reviewing and updating related content in newsletters and intranet Contributes to and participates in relevant committees across the firm to embed EDI at earliest stages of planning Completed education in a relevant field Experience in analyzing data and developing data-driven solutions Strong experience in communications, including writing and delivering reports and presentations Strong organizational and time management skills Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize Availability to work overtime, when necessary #
