Job Summary: As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and create personalized experiences for clients in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Client Service: Greet clients with enthusiasm, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, and determine client needs to suggest suitable products.
  • Training and Development: Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members, pursue additional product knowledge, and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control, communicate inventory issues, and ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
