About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Centre Director to join our team at Back2Fitness Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services that meet the needs of our members and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our fitness centre
- Recruit and manage a team of professional coaches and athletes to deliver high-quality programs and services
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of our operations
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners to secure sponsorships and funding
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our community programs
- Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our services and programs to the community
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a management role in the fitness or recreation industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Strong networking and fundraising skills
