About the Opportunity

As a Manager, Access and Flow Medicine Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to multi-disciplinary teams within a patient-centred, collaborative practice model for patient care units. You will work collaboratively with patients/clients, families, management, staff, physicians, community partners, and service providers to address challenges and achieve high-quality, safe, and cost-effective services.

About You
  • Education: Degree in a health-related field required, Master's degree an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years recent clinical experience in nursing or other allied health profession, and 5 years recent experience in a leadership and/or management position with responsibilities related to program planning, evaluation, human resource and financial management.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, intermediate level computer skills, and strong understanding of bed management, utilization, and patient flow methodologies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated evidence of innovative leadership and critical thinking, with proven ability to foster a collaborative team approach to decision making.
  • Language: Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred.
