Job Description

We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist and Customer Service
Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering
exceptional service to our clients and efficiently managing the reception
operations of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

·
Provide high-quality
customer service by professionally and courteously responding to client
requests and needs.

·
Manage client
reservations and arrivals, as well as special requests.

·
Coordinate maintenance
and room cleaning service requests.

·
Utilize hotel management
software such as and Expedia to handle reservations and billing;
knowledge of Cloudbeds and Airbnb is an asset.

·
Communicate effectively
with clients.

·
Maintain good
organization to ensure an efficient workflow at the reception.

·
Demonstrate flexibility
and stress resilience to handle dynamic situations and last-minute changes.

Start Date: As soon as
possible.

Requirements

· Hospitality or tourism training or a degree in hotel management/tourism.

· Previous experience in the hotel industry is required.

· Excellent communication skills in French and English (knowledge of other languages is a significant asset).

· Customer service-oriented with the ability to professionally and courteously resolve client issues.

· Proficiency in hotel management software, including and Expedia; familiarity with Cloudbeds and Airbnb is an asset.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage client reservations, arrivals, and departures.
