About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team at Essence Properties. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts of purchase and sale, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts of purchase and sale to ensure accuracy and maintain collection of signatures on all relevant addendums and documents.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with realtors and clients, serving as a main point of contact for purchasers and realtors, and providing timely responses to inquiries.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager and team as required, including providing sales presentations, coordinating with lawyers, and managing the distribution of Disclosure Statements and Amendments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Receive, log, and track all deposit funds, manage the sales centre's daily cleanliness, and maintain necessary supplies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide daily reports and tracking of sales and traffic activity, and stay up to date with site competition to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator role, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and other applications, including CRM software and Avesdo.
