Position Overview:
We have a great opportunity for a Relief Full-Time Client Partner, Data Analytics at Central City in Surrey, British Columbia. This position is available until December 31, 2025. Join us if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in business administration and/or human resources, with additional coursework in statistics.
- Have three to five years of recent experience in data mining, analysis, and report generation.
- Have an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Requirements:
Detailed Overview
- Implement people planning analytics, reporting, and data quality processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish data for demographic reports.
- Analyze comprehensive reports on employee demographics, trends, and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain relational databases and analyze consolidated reports from various sources.
Responsibilities:
- Identify data requirements for health human resource planning initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through stakeholder engagement.
- Prepare reports on HHR data, findings, and information.
- Work with Employee Experience portfolio to assess information needs and develop specifications for reporting applications.
- Represent Fraser Health on provincial industry data committees.
- Research provincial and national human resource information.
- Provide expert input on Data warehouse and MicroStrategy implementation phases.
- Assess HR practices and recommend improvements for knowledge delivery processes.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration and/or human resources with a focus on statistics.
- Three to five years of experience in data mining, analysis, and report generation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities as per the Fraser Health Leadership Framework.
Competencies:
- Ability to apply statistical analysis to data sets.
- Proficiency in using desktop applications and relational databases.
- Strong report preparation skills.
- Physical abilities to perform the duties of the position.
