Production Supervisor needed to manage production flow, scheduling, and quality standards in a fast-paced food company.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating weekly production documents for receiving, staging, production, and shipping
  • Ensuring production plans are executed and issues are communicated and tracked
  • Driving customer experience through low error rates on ingredient quality, pick accuracy, and ship-out time
  • Building and implementing production cost techniques and monitoring production plans
  • Maintaining high standards of Good Manufacturing Procedures and housekeeping in the production facility
  • Establishing and working within budget as permitted by the Production Manager
  • Reviewing customer error calls and identifying error trends to improve quality and accuracy
  • Conducting daily 5S, process, and facility readiness checks
  • Coordinating with ops team, suppliers, and contractors to implement corrective and preventive action plans
  • Working in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related management work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience managing production in a fulfillment/distribution center; preferably within the Food & Beverage industry
  • Quantitative and analytical experience – proficiency using MS Excel and G-Suite Apps
  • Leadership, innovative, ownership, time management, proactive, ambitious, assertive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial skills
