About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP IBP Business Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our SAP S4 Centre of Expertise (CoE) organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the business and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to business users on SAP IBP modules and business functions to respond to business requirements and position potential solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to drive the effectiveness of SAP solutions and support business objectives.
  • Support the business and Project Management Office (PMO) in demand management and project prioritization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Participate in the elaboration of projects and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business value.
  • Collaborate with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and other partners to drive continuous improvement, project delivery, and application maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support to project delivery and continuous improvement work, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of business solutions.
  • Develop and maintain standards and best practices to support teams in project delivery and application maintenance, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Confirm that technical specifications align with business requirements, supervising and guiding key resources in development and testing phases.
  • Develop functional and design specifications, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Support peer review of design standards and specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Acquire knowledge of emerging functionality and solutions, contributing to their successful implementation within the business.
  • Assist with the resolution of complex application support and maintenance issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Govern transition and handoff from project delivery teams to application support teams, ensuring seamless handover and minimal disruption.
  • Contribute to decisions on product, tool, and method selection, providing input on industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the business and SAP business advisers/partners in driving business value and achieving business objectives.
  • Support organizational change management functions in the development and delivery of end-user training, change impact assessments, and job aids.
  • Suggest improvements for solutions maintenance and operation, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
Requirements
  • A university degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a supply chain environment (IBP or APO preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of integrated business planning, demand planning, sales and operation planning, inventory optimization, or supply planning processes.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze business and technical requirements, and develop solutions to address requirements.
  • Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever-evolving environments and business realities.
  • Ability to perform an active role in internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring technical solutions to the next level.
  • Dynamic, innovative, and problem-resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in English (written and oral).
Assets
  • Subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Sales and Operation, or Supply Planning processes, preferably with at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to perform complex SCM tasks and mentor or train others in the configuration management effort.
  • Experience working with third-party integrations.
  • Experience with international and large-scale projects.
