Job Title: Ramp Attendant

At PAL Airlines, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities. As a Ramp Attendant, you will play a vital role in our ground handling team, responsible for loading and unloading aircraft, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers and cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload aircraft in accordance with ground handling procedures
  • Ensure all necessary equipment is available for safe and efficient operations
  • Conduct daily inspections of ground handling equipment to ensure it is in good working order
  • Maintain accurate records of aircraft delays, equipment serviceability, and other relevant information
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless operations
  • Process cargo for shipping and perform pick-up and delivery of cargo as required
  • Perform general office duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
