Responsibilities:

• Assemble LED signs according to specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Install and connect LED modules, power supplies, control systems, and other electrical components.
• Perform wiring of electrical connections to ensure proper functioning.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify the accuracy of assembly and adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions in LED signs.
• Test completed signs to ensure proper functionality and compliance with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to review project specifications and resolve any technical issues.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring proper storage and inventory management of components.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations to create a safe working environment.
• Provide feedback to the production supervisor on any process improvements or equipment needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and techniques related to LED sign assembly.

Requirements:

• Previous knowledge and experience with 12 volt
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and wiring techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision to ensure accurate assembly and wiring.
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an assembly environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in electrical assembly is a plus.
