Responsibilities:

  • Will be working with different banks, finance, and legal departments.
  • Provide forecasting methods for cash management, foreign exchange, and investment.
  • Manage cash, put together capital raising plans, and act as a liaison for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide reports to senior management that include exposures to risk and cash positions.
  • Review and understand reported changes in balances, investments, and borrowings.
  • Work with Internal and External Auditors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • CFA or CTP (Completed or Level 1 Completed).
  • Must have over 4 years of finance and corporate treasury and managerial experience from a large corporation.
  • Must have experience leading a team of 3.
  • Must be a Financing expert – negotiate finance agreements, designing and executing finance agreements.
  • Experience in the banking industry and experience with planning, accounting, or financial reporting is a MUST.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Must be proficient in Advanced MS Office including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and Formulas).
  • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
