About the Role

Co-Ex-Tec is looking for a high-energy, purchasing student to assist with MRO PPV and Stockroom cost analysis studies

Your Responsibilities
  1. Update commodity codes to new Commodity GSA List. Mafact requirements
  2. Student to assist with MRO PPV and Stockroom cost analysis studies.
  3. Add part numbers to stockroom excess inventory, Create List of excess inventories to sell and maintain
  4. Complete project work as assigned.
  5. Generate Ad-Hoc management reports and/or schedules as required. Perform any other reasonable duties required by Management.
  6. Ensure compliance and enforcement of Customer Specific Requirements, QMS (IATF16949), Health and Safety (ISO 45001), EMS (ISO14001), and security (PIP) requirements.
Who we are looking for
  • Secondary School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Postsecondary certification and/or continuing education courses in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing environment considered an asset.
  • Well-developed communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical abilities
  • Sound math and computer skills, including knowledge of software in current use; strong ability in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to multi-tasking and work well independently.
Your preferred qualifications
  • Working knowledge of MP2 systems, an asset
