Position Summary

As a Dairy/Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining and zoning the Dairy/Frozen area, assisting with stocking and sales, and adhering to the company's basic beliefs and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zone the department to ensure a clean and organized environment
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products to maintain freshness and quality
  • Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet customer expectations
  • Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food safety, and handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following sanitation and cleaning procedures
  • Assist with ordering, clearance, and inventory management to meet sales goals
  • Keep the area neat, clean, and organized to provide a positive customer experience
Minimum Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
