Fraser Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Chilliwack General Hospital. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of clinical practice guidelines.
About the Role- Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual needs and goals
- Assess patient status and determine the effectiveness of interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide education and support
- Contribute to the development of clinical pathways and quality initiatives
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) program in Nutrition from an approved educational institution
- Successful completion of an approved dietetic internship program
- Current registration in the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes
