- Checks for expired products and ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced.
- Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food handling, and product rotation.
- Takes orders for deli department merchandise and prepares items such as meat, cheese, and fried chicken.
- Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, and pricing.
- Prepares deli food orders and fills prepared salads and side dishes for display.
- Follows Health and Safety guidelines.
