Job Title: Licensed Technician - BMW/MINI Langley

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Technician to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Licensed Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on BMW and MINI vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on BMW and MINI vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical training and certifications to maintain our high standards of service.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Valid Canadian driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Technician in a dealership or repair shop environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
