Commissionaires BC is currently looking for Security Supervisor to lead a team of security guards at a public building in Richmond.

Payrate: $25.58
Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm (with flexibility to work some afternoon shifts as needed)

Your 'Must Haves':

BC Security Workers License.OFA 1Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing security reportsProficient with MS Office and comfortable with using computersPrevious supervisory experience

Job Duties:

Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing solutions by acting as a liaison between the site and the general publicInterior and exterior patrolsAccess Control and visitor verification Investigating and reporting incidents promptly and accuratelyMaintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety, Risk, and Quality Assurance assessmentsSubmit reports, time sheets, and staff evaluationsOversee training and scheduling of CommissionairesLeading through empowerment, and monitoring staff morale, discipline, and progressEnsure team maintains a professional standard of conduct, dress and deportmentLiaise with the client to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policyContacting management in situations not covered by Post Orders
