We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker I to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment in a safe and controlled manner within a warehouse environment.
  • Utilize RF technology and PCs to manage inventory, track orders, and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Receive, put away, replenish, pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Assist in cycle counting, physical inventory, and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of general warehouse experience preferred.
  • Able to lift or lower goods up to 50lbs. to or from waist level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in inventory management systems.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
