This role involves cooking and preparing a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of culinary experience, be a team player, and be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cook and prepare food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
  • Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
  • Safely use a variety of utensils, including knives
  • Operate equipment such as fryers, grill-tops, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
  • Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including accurate food safety and sanitation
  • Assist other team members as required
