Job Summary: Pick and pack online grocery delivery orders with high quality and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction. Job Description: To efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve "On Time" delivery to customers. This involves packing orders with attention to detail, ensuring products picked are of the highest quality, and correctly documenting and labeling all orders. Main Responsibilities:
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  • Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  • Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
Requirements:
  • Minimum rate of pay starts from $15.75, with rate determined based on relevant experience.
  • Must adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards.
  • Must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of safety and food hygiene standards. li>Ability to work in a team environment.
