The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy equipment, with a focus on asphalt recycling and soil stabilization. Key responsibilities include:

* Operating heavy equipment to pulverize asphalt and stabilize soil/clay to project specifications
* Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, with a focus on quality and productivity
* Collaborating with other operators and personnel to achieve project goals
* Performing regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements include:

* 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, with a focus on asphalt recycling and soil stabilization
* Valid Driver's License (Class 5) and reliable transportation
