Inside Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel with a focus on activity to ensure sales targets and goals are met.
  • Work with new and existing customers via phone and email to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Familiarize yourself with market conditions, industry, and competitor standards to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate and collaborate with the sales team to meet the organization's business objectives.
  • Present product information regarding features, benefits, and new product/service offerings to customers.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial sales.
  • A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, professional, and a team player.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other related programs.
  • Solid track record of sales results.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
