Wage rate:
$28.85 per hour, overtime will start after 40 hours per week Eligibility: No specific education is required but having secondary diploma or higher is an asset One or more years of related experience English language

Job Duties:
Inspecting the structure of roofs in order to determine the best course of action.

Install, repair or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel Install, repair or replace shingles, shakes and other roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings Measuring and cutting materials to ensure that they fit securely around vents, gutters, chimneys, and walls.

Smoothing out rough spots on roofs to prepare the surface for new shingles or waterproofing. Replacing areas of clients roofs that are damaged or rotting. Safely setting up ladders, scaffolding, and hoisting equipment as required. Safely transporting all required equipment and materials to job sites.
