Clerk II (Ward Clerk) - 5D ACE Unit
New Acute Care Facility
A new Acute Care Facility is currently being built in the Corner Brook area and Western Zone is currently recruiting additional staff to support its operations across a variety of disciplines and departments. We are currently recruiting Clerk II (Ward Clerk)'s. Although we anticipate many positions will require start dates prior to the opening of the new facility, start dates will be determined based on department planning as well as construction progress of the building.

Required Qualifications: Successful completion of High School and a minimum two-year full time commercial course which has provided training in typing, bookkeeping and office practice are required. Medical Terminology and a typing speed of 25 words per minute are also required. Individuals who have completed an approved Practical Nursing Program will also be considered qualified for this position; however, registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador is not required.

Hours of Work: 75 Hours per pay period

Salary Scale: $22.06 to $24.25 per Hour
