We are seeking a skilled Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients/patients/residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Support clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client/patient/resident care
