Reporting to the Asset Manager, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving of items, as well as general maintenance of Brock Facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate shipping and receiving of items
- Manage tool inventory software
- Track and maintain lists of tools, including physical locations, indexing, issuing, returns, and reporting
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming tools, material, and equipment
- Maintain equipment and update status of inbound and outbound orders in the material tracking system
- Manage carrier for shipping and receiving of items
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment
- Maintain inventory and meet internal and external customer needs
- Perform general overall maintenance of facility
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably with project coordination and management in the construction industry
- Forklift ticket considered an asset
- Means of transportation required
- Previous experience considered an asset
- Ability to communicate clearly
This is a full-time position with a 5 & 2 shift schedule.
