Self Checkout Attendant

Assist customers in processing transactions through self-service areas, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Keep the self-service area clean and free of debris, fixtures, and liquids.
- Educate customers on the correct use of self-service options.
- Promote company sponsor programs, such as credit card services and charity initiatives.
- Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed.
- Explain self-service interventions and quality checks to customers.
- Respond to EAS alarms and fill out the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
- Notify the Customer Service Manager of low cash or technical issues.
- Return Scan & Go scanners to their home after use.
