Physiotherapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. The successful candidate will work with clients suffering from acute and chronic workplace injuries, providing hands-on treatment and rehabilitation services.

About the Role

This is a casual position, working 2-3 days per week, with flexible shifts. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for treating clients, enabling them to reach their fully functional and work reintegration potential. The ideal candidate will have strong FAE and Return to Work planning skills, as well as experience in case management and communication with third-party/referral services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treat clients with orthopedic disorders, chronic pain, and work-related injuries
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve client goals
  • Collaborate with clients, treatment teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective care
  • Perform cross-functional duties and cross-site duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Minimum of one year related experience in treating clients/patients with work-related injuries, MVA, and/or experience in the third-party health care system
  • Strong FAE and Return to Work planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide group education sessions and lead small group learning
