Reporting to the Maintenance Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Supervisor, the Heat Ventilation and Refrigeration Mechanic will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures, embodying our courageous safety leadership approach.
  • Maintenance of gas-fired heating and process systems, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, steam boiler, water boilers, and building management control.
  • Collaborate with various trades in a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic certification.
  • B.C. Class 'B' Gasfitter ticket or equivalent from other provinces.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with Reliable DDC controls would be an asset.
  • High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
