Job Summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for financial review and monthly accounting cycle tasks. This exciting role includes a wide variety of accounting, finance, and general business aptitude, and a whole range of skills will be developed as you work in a brand new and modern office.

Responsibilities
  • Monthly review of business line P&Ls and reporting activities
  • Review Balance Sheet and Cashflow
  • Various month-end tasks (journal entries, report generation)
  • Maintaining various accounting and audit schedules
  • Responsible for maintaining internal control documentation as primary liaison with the Company's external internal control consultants
  • Assisting in the management of the Company's Insurance program
  • Revenue contract analysis - pricing, billing accuracy, revenue audits
  • Inventory costing and management
  • Assistance in gathering information and preparing the Company's annual budget and forecasting process
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an accounting / finance role
  • CPA designation is a plus, but not required
  • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of SAP, One-Stream and Planful (an asset)
  • Detailed oriented with strong accounting and finance skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs (Power BI would be a plus)
  • Good communication skills (French & English)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Focused on teamwork and collaboration
