MANDATE
- Provide strategic expertise (cost-benefit analysis, business case, etc.)
- Analyze business needs and write functional specifications
- Review processes and procedures in order to optimize them
- Promote the evolution of existing IT solutions
PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience in IT
- Professional experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Comfort in writing processes and procedures
- Experience in writing functional specifications
- Strategic expertise (cost-benefit analysis, business case, etc.)
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or other HCM or HR platform (strong asset)
- Knowledge of SaaS platform integration (assets)
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
