**Job Summary:**

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the vision, mission, and philosophy of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive client-centered care.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' conditions, reporting changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
• Critical Care Nursing certificate (CCN).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS).
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
